Job description
Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver comprehensive nursing care across resident populations. You will apply the nursing process—from assessment through evaluation—while collaborating with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities include coordinating care, performing resident assessments, education, and various nursing interventions. A BSN is preferred, and an active RN license is required.
