Job description
Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and support transitions of care. The RN will practice within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model, delegating tasks appropriately and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Candidates should have a nursing program degree and an active RN license; experience with electronic medical record systems is preferred.
