Job description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially within underserved communities, through travel nursing opportunities.
Responsibilities Include
Providing individualized patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, to develop and evaluate care plans.
Delivering care across all phases - from preventive care and health maintenance to diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
Qualifications And Skills
Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Current, unencumbered RN license; multistate licensure if applicable.
At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience.
Ability to work night shifts, with a commitment to professional standards and ethics.
Key Duties
Utilize appropriate standards and standards of practice for different patient populations.
Maintain required competencies and certifications.
Participate in care planning and execution, ensuring quality and safety.
