Job description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful impact in healthcare, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.
Responsibilities Include
Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide individualized patient care.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care plans.
Providing care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Planning and coordinating patient assessments, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to ethical guidelines.
Qualifications And Skills
Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Current, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure if applicable.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience, including at least six months of travel experience.
Ability to meet department-specific competencies and certifications.
Key duties:
Providing comprehensive nursing care, patient assessment, education, and teamwork to ensure quality outcomes across various clinical settings.
