Registered Nurse (Cart-ALL SHIFTS)
Job Summary:

Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting assessments
Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team
Participate in recognizing and addressing residents' physical, emotional, and social needs, and provide interventions to promote overall wellness
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with the latest industry developments and best practices
