Job description
Role: Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a telemetry unit, caring for medically complex patients requiring close monitoring.
Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; develop individualized care plans; educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs; promote patient safety and quality compliance; communicate effectively within the care team; ensure a safe environment.
