Job description
Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and make a meaningful difference in healthcare, especially in underserved communities, through travel staffing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities Include
Utilizing the nursing process- assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide personalized patient care.
Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care plans.
Delivering care across all phases- preventive, diagnostic, treatment, and follow-up- tailored to patients' age and population needs.
Managing patient assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions within the scope of practice.
Adhering to nursing standards, ethical codes, and state regulations to ensure quality care delivery.
Qualifications Include
Graduation from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Current unencumbered RN license or multistate licensure if applicable.
At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience.
Residence at least 60 miles from the work location.
Obtaining and maintaining necessary competencies and certifications.
