Job description
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct, evidence-based patient care across the continuum, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. You will monitor changing conditions, administer medications and treatments safely, document in the EHR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. The role supports quality and safety initiatives, participates in shared governance, delegates appropriately, and may float to other units to meet patient care needs.
