Job description
Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), a leading provider of healthcare and medical services in eastern Pennsylvania, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver safe, evidence-based care across the continuum, from admission through discharge, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team committed to clinical excellence and community well-being. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, care planning, medication and IV administration, ongoing monitoring, and accurate EHR documentation. You will educate patients and families, support quality and safety initiatives, and contribute to an environment of continuous learning and innovation.
