Job description
Cone Health seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for the Heart Failure Cardiac PCU (Per Diem, Days). This role provides evidence-based care to adult cardiac patients with acute and chronic heart failure, monitoring hemodynamics, titrating cardiac medications, and responding to changes in patient status. The RN collaborates with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams, educates patients and families on disease management, and ensures safe discharges.
