Job description
Encompass Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will assess patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic conditions; develop and implement individualized care plans; administer medications and treatments; and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. RNs educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
