Schedule overview: Full-time position working 3-4 days/week. No Sundays! Rotated Saturdays are a requirement. Shifts can begin as early as 3:15 am if opening, and as late as 7 pm if closing. Teammate will work a mix of opening and closing shifts on a rotating basis.

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience required-just a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. .

Responsibilities:
/n
/n
- /n
Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
/n
- /n
Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
/n
- /n
Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
/n
- /n
Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
/n
- /n
Float to nearby clinics as needed; flexible schedule required
/n
/n
/n

Qualifications:

RN license in the state of practice
/n
- /n
ADN required; BSN preferred
/n
- /n
Basic computer proficiency
/n
- /n
Reliable transportation for potential floating
/n

Preferred (Not Required):

- /n
Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
/n
- /n
CNN/CDN certification
/n
/n
/n
