Job description
CarePartners is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our inpatient Solace Hospice Unit. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life nursing care, including assessments, symptom management, medication administration, and care planning. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support patients and their families, provide education and emotional support, and advocate for comfort and dignity.
