CarePartners seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to home health patients across varied caseloads. This role provides skilled nursing assessments, medication and symptom management, care planning, and patient/family education in the home setting. The Float Pool RN flexes between teams and territories to support census needs, ensuring continuity and safety.
