Registered Nurse - Home Care

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Home Care
Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA
Setting: Hospital
Pay Range: -
Schedule: 08:00 - 16:00
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: RN with 2+ years recent and relevant home care experience, OASIS and Epic experience required
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive home care nursing services to patients in the designated area.
Conduct 25-30 visits per week, including start of care and revisits.
Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and progress using Epic and OASIS.
Coordinate with healthcare teams to meet patient needs and ensure quality care.
Comply with all healthcare regulations and maintain high standards of patient safety.
