Job description
Caretenders VNA, part of LHC Group and UnitedHealth Group family, is hiring a Registered Nurse for home health in Ohio. You will deliver and direct nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinate care with physicians and team members, and ensure continuity of care per policy and regulations.
You will supervise home health aides and licensed nurses, perform OASIS assessments, and document visits while maintaining high-quality, patient-centered care.
