Registered Nurse - Homecare Job in Cordova, Tennessee
Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity in Cordova, TN: Join a homecare team providing compassionate, one-on-one patient care across Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton counties in the greater Memphis area.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week homecare assignment in Cordova, Tennessee. This on-site opportunity is ideal for a compassionate RN with hospice experience who thrives in a patient-centered setting and values meaningful one-on-one care. Job Details
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2290-$2660
Setting: Homecare
Location: Cordova, Tennessee
Start Date: 10/5/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days
Shifts Per Week: 5
Hours Per Week: 40
Coverage Area: Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton counties
On-Call/Weekend Requirement: None
Mileage Reimbursement: Reimbursed between visits
Job Requirements Hospice nursing experience required
Experience with HCHB required
Current active RN license required
Strong case management and patient coordination skills
Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment
Flexible, easy-going, and professional demeanor
Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the homecare setting, including hospice-related support as needed
Manage patient cases and coordinate care plans across the assigned coverage area
Complete admissions and ongoing nursing assessments
Prepare for and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
Document care accurately and efficiently in HCHB
Support patients and families with compassionate education and communication
Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 6 visits per day and 30 points per week
