Job description
Pay: $90,000
Location: South Austin (preferably Buda, Kyle, Dripping Springs) — this role requires the nurse to be in the field with occasional meetings in north Austin.
Summary
Provide compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes within South Austin. Manageable caseload, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and supporting families. Flexible remote work with a supportive team.

Requirements
Texas RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact
2+ year hospice nursing experience; mental health experience preferred
Reliable transportation within South Austin area
Compassionate with strong communication skills
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and create care plans
Educate patients and families
Coordinate with interdisciplinary team
Document care accurately
Manage a weekly visit schedule with on-call support
