PruittHealth is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for our hospice team. In this role, you will deliver holistic end-of-life care in patients’ homes and facilities, performing assessments, managing complex symptoms, and coordinating individualized care plans. You will educate and support patients and families, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation.
