## Registered Nurse House Float PRN NightsApply: LaGrange, KY: Part time: Posted Today: R **Summary****Job Description:****Registered Nurse, House Float- PRN, Nights****Status: PRN****Shift: Third** **Job Summary:**A registered nurse implements the nursing process for each patient/resident (pediatric to geriatrics depending on scope of care in the nursing department in which he/she works) assigned to his/her care. **Responsibilities:*** Assesses patient clinical status.* Develops a plan of care.* Implementation of the nursing plan of care.* Evaluation of the effectiveness of the care plan.* Communication and validation of patient care information. **Requirements:**Associate’s degree in nursing required.Active Kentucky RN License.Two years critical care experience preferred.Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required (for employees assigned to work within the George & Beverly Rawling’s Women’s Center).### *If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!*
