Job description
St. David’s Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse House Supervisor to oversee hospital-wide operations on our state-of-the-art Neurological unit and other inpatient areas. In this leadership role, you will coordinate staffing and patient flow, support bedside teams with complex neurological and acute care patients, and ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. You’ll partner closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while mentoring nurses in a culture of excellence, compassion, and continuous professional development.
