Job description
St. David’s Medical Center in Austin is seeking a Registered Nurse House Supervisor to provide clinical and administrative leadership during assigned shifts. In this fast-paced acute care hospital, you will oversee hospital operations, coordinate staffing and patient flow, and support high-quality, safe patient care across units. You will respond to emergencies, mentor nursing staff, collaborate with physicians and department leaders, and serve as the on-site leadership contact after hours.
