Job description
Position: RN - ICU
Location: Highland Park, IL
Work Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours/week, 7am-7:30pm with rotating weekends
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ICU
Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practice
Take responsibility and accountability for nursing outcomes
Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing staff in patient care delivery
Contribute to safety and quality patient experiences
Qualifications & Skills:
Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
Preferred BSN degree
BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers
At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience preferred
