Job description
Role:
ICU/IMCU Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to complex, high-acuity patients, perform comprehensive assessments, manage ventilators and cardiac monitoring, administer and titrate medications, and respond swiftly to patient status changes.
Collaborations & Tools:
Work closely with physicians and care teams, utilizing technology-driven tools for scheduling and documentation to ensure safe care transitions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in ICU/IMCU nursing, strong assessment and clinical skills, ability to handle high-acuity cases, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams.

Deliver patient-centered care, support clinical workflows, and contribute to a nurse-centric, flexible, and transparent culture that empowers healthcare professionals.
