Job description
This ICU Registered Nurse position offers part-time hours (24/week), full benefits, and a day shift schedule. The role involves providing safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, and offering professional leadership to the healthcare team.
Key responsibilities include constructing and implementing personalized care plans, coordinating interdisciplinary care, and conducting purposeful hourly rounds to enhance communication, safety, and patient comfort. The nurse supports patient-centered care by informing patients and families about hospital policies, promoting open visitation, and ensuring a safe, quiet environment.
Qualifications Include
Current Nevada nursing license
At least one year of critical care nursing experience
BLS certification
ACLS certification (or within six months of hire)
