Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking for flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to get started quickly? We are seeking experienced RNs for PRN hospital assignments .
If you have at least 3 years of hospital RN experience , this could be a great opportunity to put your experience to work while maintaining the flexibility of a PRN schedule.

Qualifications
Current and active RN license
Minimum 3 years of recent hospital RN experience
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Reliable, professional, and patient-focused
Responsibilities
Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care
Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate nursing interventions
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
Monitor and document patient status and progress
Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Follow hospital policies, procedures, and applicable nursing standards
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
