Job description
Role: ICU Nurse
Responsibilities
Provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults in a fast-paced hospital environment
Manage ventilators, titratable drips, and advanced monitoring equipment
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care
Respond effectively to emergencies and support patients and families through complex conditions
Document care accurately using modern Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in ICU or critical care nursing
Proficiency in ventilator management, titratable drips, and advanced monitoring
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and respond swiftly to emergencies
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
