Role
Registered Nurse ICU
Responsibilities
Deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults in a modern ICU setting.
Monitor complex patient conditions and respond to emergencies promptly.
Manage ventilators, drips, and other critical interventions.
Perform comprehensive assessments, interpret labs and diagnostics, and administer medications.
Document accurately in the EMR and educate patients and families about care plans.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in quality and safety initiatives and support a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
Engage in precepting and continuing education to maintain clinical excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong critical thinking, clinical expertise in ICU care, excellent communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.
