Job description
Methodist Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse II for our Cardiovascular Telemetry unit in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based nursing care to adult cardiac patients requiring continuous telemetry monitoring. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, rhythm interpretation, IV medication administration, and coordination of individualized care plans. You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on cardiac conditions and recovery, and ensure safe transitions of care.
