Job description
Harris Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse II to join the 3C IMU Med Surg Tele team at Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital in Houston, TX. You will provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in alignment with the Texas Nursing Practice Act and Harris Health standards.
The RN II independently manages patients with conditions commonly seen in the unit, performing assessments, implementing interventions, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
