About This Role
Adventist Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse II (RN) for the Night Shift in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This role is ideal for new graduates who are eager to provide high-quality patient care while developing their skills in a supportive environment.

Department/Unit: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Schedule: Full-time, Night shift
What You'll Do
Educate patients and families through the continuum of care.
Serve as role models to Level I nurses.
Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice.
Use equipment and technology correctly to maximize efficiency.
Develop a plan of care according to patient population.
Identify impending changes in patient condition and initiate corrective action.
Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care.
Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective.
Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice.
Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care.
Requirements
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Licenses & Certifications:
Current Maryland State nursing license
Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area
