Job description
Springvale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Croton-On-Hudson, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, administer medications, perform wound care and ECGs, and support our residents across all shifts.
You will develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, monitor patient conditions, document care accurately, and collaborate to ensure comprehensive, high-quality resident care.
