It also stands for Baystate’s many opportunities for growth and learning in the region’s only academic medical center and within our community hospitals, and it stands for our commitment to taking care of all those in the community who need us.**Department Description:*** 32-Bed Orthopedic Specialty Surgical Unit located on the 7th floor of the Mass Mutual Building.* 30 private rooms.* The unit services a wide variety of patients, with a large population of elective surgeries such as total hip replacements, knee replacements and orthopedic trauma patients.* The unit also sees those with acute conditions generally associated with trauma, ranging from fractures, ligament tears, tendon tears, and joint dislocations.* Physical Therapy Room on unit for direct rehabilitation services.**SCHEDULE:*** **Full-time days (6a-630p)*** Every other weekend and rotating holidays* Location: Baystate Medical Center Springfield**Pay:*** Experienced RN (1+ years of RN Licensure) **$43.16-$65.00*** Competitive shift differentials and allowance plans**THE ADVANTAGES OF WORKING WITH BAYSTATE!*** Excellent Compensation* High-quality, low-cost medical, dental and vision insurance* Sign on bonus (Sign on Bonuses are paid to external hires only; not applicable for internal or company transfers, unless otherwise specified.
