Job description
Role Overview: ICU Nurses provide expert, evidence-based care to critically ill patients in high-acuity hospital environments.
Responsibilities
Perform continuous patient assessments and manage ventilators and complex drips.
Interpret laboratory results and EKGs, responding swiftly to patient status changes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Support families during critical decision-making processes.
Maintain accurate documentation using modern digital tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
Experience in high-acuity or ICU settings preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
