Job description
Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center seeks a Registered Nurse ICU to deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults in a modern ICU. The RN will monitor complex conditions, manage ventilators and drips, respond to emergencies, and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans. Responsibilities include performing thorough assessments, interpreting labs and diagnostics, administering medications, documenting accurately in the EMR, and educating patients and families. Nurses participate in quality and safety initiatives, precepting, and continuing education within a collaborative, patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellence and community impact.
