Job description
Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
Responsibilities: Direct and indirect patient care, supervising team members, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring age-appropriate care, and improving patient experience. Demonstrates accountability, clear communication, professional growth, and team engagement.
Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred), current Basic Life Support certification, valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility, and at least one year of critical care nursing experience.
