Registered Nurse, Intensive Care Unit (Critical Care RN - ICU) at Novant Health . Schedule: 7pm-7am. Location: ICU/ICCU - Wilmington, NC. $15,000 Sign-On Bonus | $7,500 Relocation .

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Deliver expert, compassionate care to critically ill patients
Monitor complex conditions and perform advanced interventions
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy
Respond swiftly to changes using sound clinical judgment
Document care accurately and participate in rounds and QI initiatives
Qualifications
Required/Preferred:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing
Current valid North Carolina nursing license required
One-year relevant experience, preferred
