Job description
Position: Registered Nurse, Intermediate Medical Care Unit/SICU
Location: Skokie Hospital
Type: Full Time, Night shift (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends
Hours: 36 per week
Responsibilities
Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a designated patient population
Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Guide and supervise unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experiences
Qualifications & Skills
Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois required
Graduate of an NLN-accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
BLS/CPR certification required
Prior nursing experience or CNA experience for new graduates preferred
