Job description
Role: Registered Nurse in the Intermediate Critical Care unit, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, night shift environment.
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care, collaborate with healthcare teams, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and ensure safety and comfort of patients. Participate in shared governance and support unit initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and team performance.
Qualifications & Skills
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
Current RN licensure in the applicable state.
One year of relevant experience preferred.
Ability to work night shifts and collaborate effectively within a team.
Key Duties: Provide patient-centered care, support unit governance, and contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment that promotes professional growth and quality outcomes.
