In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care while floating across units based on patient acuity and staffing needs. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and coordinating patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting evidence-based practices. Ideal candidates have strong critical thinking skills, adaptability, current RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification.
