\ N To be considered, we require:
\ N Current,active RN license that is eligible to practice in Delaware
\ N Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)
\ N Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification/certificate
\ N S.T.A.B.L.E. certification (preferred for stabilization of newborns)
\ N Fifteen (15) hours online and five (5) hours of observation required to become "Baby-Friendly" within six (6) months of hire
