Job description
Job Requirements Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan, nursing standards, nurse practice act, and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient.

Education specialization:

* in a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing
Experience:
Essential:
* One Year of Lactation experience preferred
Credentials:
Essential:
* Registered Nurse
*
Certified Lactation Consultant IBCLC REQUIRED
