Job description
Manchester Memorial Hospital, part of Eastern Connecticut Health Network, seeks a Registered Nurse for our acute inpatient psychiatric unit. The RN provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adults with acute behavioral health needs, including assessment, medication administration, crisis intervention, and care planning. Collaborating with psychiatrists, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams, the RN ensures patient safety, de-escalates challenging situations, educates patients and families, and supports discharge planning in a community-focused, learning-oriented environment.
