Job description
Encompass Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital. RNs will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, complex orthopedic procedures, and other serious illnesses. You will collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to support safe recovery and help patients regain independence.
