Job description
Hawthorn Glen is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care to residents, administer medications, and support daily clinical operations in a long-term care setting.
You will supervise STNAs, contribute to individualized care plans, conduct rounds, document care, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes for residents and their families.
