Job description
The Emergency Float Pool Registered Nurse provides flexible inpatient and emergency care coverage across the ED, medical-surgical, post-surgical, and critical care units. This role assesses, plans, and delivers evidence-based nursing care, administers medications and treatments, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team to promote safety, quality, and a positive patient experience while adapting to diverse patient populations and acuity levels.
