Emplify Health by Gundersen Harmony Care Center, a long-term skilled nursing care facility in Harmony, MN, is dedicated to creating a healthy, meaningful, and secure environment for adults of all ages.
Proudly recognized with a 5-star CMS rating, we are currently seeking a part‑time RN or LPN to join our team.
In this role, you’ll provide compassionate, hands‑on care, support residents and their families, and be part of a team that makes a real difference every day.

What you will do
0.5 FTE (20 hours/week)
8-hour, evening shifts, 2:15pm-10:30pm Every other weekend and holiday
Nurture a family‑based care environment by learning about each person and serving their needs

What you will need
Licensed RN or LPN in Minnesota
Post High School education in a specialized field: Course requirements that qualify to take LPN boards or minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing for RNs
BLS CPR
Must be a new or returning employee to Emplify Health by Gundersen.
Sign-On Bonus paid after 6 months of hire.
