Job Description Job Description Client Care Needs Include:
• Tracheostomy care and monitoring
• Ventilator management
• G-tube care and medication administration
• Continuous enteral feedings
• Suctioning and respiratory assessments
• Pressure ulcer/wound care
• Incontinence and total-care assistance
• Repositioning and pressure-injury prevention
• Ongoing assessment and skilled nursing documentation
• Monitoring for changes in condition and appropriate interventions
Qualifications:
• Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent clients strongly preferred
• Experience with G-tubes/enteral feedings
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to respiratory and other medical emergencies
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing safe, quality care
and sections for the location, shift (such as 8- or 12-hour shifts), and pay rate .
