Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation hospital team. In this role, you will deliver specialized, patient-centered nursing care to adults recovering from illness, surgery, or injury. You will perform assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor patient progress.
