Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver specialized care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. You will coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, goal-focused rehabilitation, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and families on care plans.
